Mum-to-be Pregnancy Massage - 50mins £45

In addition to softening and nourishing your skin throughout the treatment, an indulgent pregnancy massage is a safe and gentle massage for mum-to-be to enjoy some relaxation, relieve stress and provide some much needed (and deserved!) respite from any pregnancy related aches and pains.
Reiki - 50 mins
Reiki is a gentle alternative natural energy healing treatment which can be used to encourage emotional and physical healing. The practitioner uses their intuition to sense where healing is needed most. There is little or no pressure making this treatment safe for any age group including pregnant women and those recovering from surgery.
The treatment is carried out fully clothed on the client but we do recommend attending your appointment in something comfortable.
Each session has a duration of 50 minutes, although sometimes this can go over time if extra time is needed.
